Our own on site workroom, with fully trained & experienced sewing machinists gives us a high level of control over the quality of our tailor made products which is second to none.
As we now send goods all over the UK, we are unable to offer a measuring & fitting service as we would to our local customers. We do however, aim to offer as much advice and assistance as is necessary, to enable you to accurately take your own measurements. In addition to the Measuring Guides we have on our website, if you give us a call on 01274 588079 we are always more than happy to talk you through the process. Alternatively, email us with a picture of your window, and we’ll do the same.
As we are unable to measure for you, the final onus is upon you as the consumer to provide us with the required correct sizes.
In the unlikely event that a Tailor Made item received differs in size to the one ordered, we am to rectify this ASAP. We will arrange to collect, rectify or replace the incorrect item as soon as possible. This would be prioritised in our workroom.
If after using the online measuring guides, and any additional help / advice, you inadvertently place your order using incorrect sizes, any work to rectify your goods will be chargeable. We would always aim to keep this cost to a minimum.
